1. Sending this order form signifies your intention to purchase a Pogi Shirt and that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions. Please make sure to send the payment first before sending this form.

2. A full payment (including delivery fee) is required for the shirt to be lined up for delivery.

3. The downpayment may be sent through:

4. Pogi Shirts are delivered via Xend with the following delivery fees:

• Metro Manila: Php52 (Next day delivery!)
• Luzon: Php85 (2-3 business days delivery)
• Visayas: Php97 (2-3 business days delivery)
• Mindanao: Php102 (2-3 business days delivery)

5. Items are sent out the following day the order with payment is received. Cut-off time for orders is every 6:00PM of every day except Saturday and Sunday.

6. Upon sending the order form the customer receives an order summary via email confirming that the order is successfully sent. The customer may also receive further communications through orders@pogishirts.com.

7. Meet-ups may be arranged instead of deliveries depending on the location, schedule, and volume of the order.
